City Hall, Municipal Court Closed Nov. 1 & Nov. 4
Simpsonville City Hall, court administrative operations will pause for the transition to the new municipal complex.
Simpsonville, S.C. — To allow for the transition to the new Simpsonville Municipal Complex, City Hall and Municipal Court operations will pause Nov. 1 and Nov. 4.
Payments of any kind that can normally be made in-person at City Hall cannot be taken again in-person until Nov. 5 when City Hall reopens at 425 E. Curtis St. Such payments include court, Hospitality & Accommodations Tax, business licenses, and issuance of new, replacement or second trash cans.
Online payments can be made at any time for business licenses and court.
Additionally, no permit processing or planning review by the Planning Department will take place.
Phone lines will be unavailable on Nov. 1 and Nov. 4, and City Hall and Court administrative staff will be unavailable both in-person and via phone. There will be no access to the public at City Hall in-person on Nov. 1 and Nov. 4.
Members of the public who must or want to visit City Hall before Nov. 5 must do so on Thursday by 5 p.m.
