The Simpsonville Municipal Court handles traffic violations, criminal misdemeanors, and city code infractions within the city limits. If you’ve received a citation from the Simpsonville Police, Animal Control, or Codes Enforcement, your case will be processed here. The court schedules arraignments, pre-trial conferences, bond hearings, and jury trials. Located at 445 E. Curtis St., Simpsonville Municipal Court accommodates all court appearances with Judge Kimber Strong, available for guilty pleas Monday through Friday.

The Simpsonville Municipal Court offers secure online payments for court fines, including traffic infractions and misdemeanors. To pay online, follow the link below.
Payments can also be made in person or by phone at 864-967-9526. In-person payments are accepted from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday in Simpsonville Municipal Court. Accepted methods include credit card, debit card, cash, certified check, and money order. A surcharge applies to credit and debit card payments.
