Overview
The Simpsonville Municipal Court hears cases from inside the city limits of Simpsonville, handles traffic infractions and criminal misdemeanors and schedules arraignments, pre-trial, bond and preliminary hearings and jury trials.
If you received a citation issued by the Simpsonville Police Department or Animal Control or City of Simpsonville Codes Enforcement for a misdemeanor or criminal offense, traffic infraction or code violation inside city limits, your ticket will be filed in Simpsonville Municipal Court.
The Simpsonville Municipal Court and administrative office are located at City Hall at 118 N.E. Main St. All Court appearances for Municipal Court are held in the upstairs courtroom in City Hall. The Honorable Judge Kimber Strong is available to receive guilty pleas Monday-Friday at City Hall.

Municipal Court or Summary Court?
Simpsonville Municipal Court and Fairview-Austin Summary Court are located at two different locations in the City of Simpsonville. While Municipal Court is overseen by the City, Summary Court is overseen by Greenville County.
