Parks & Rec hosts Movies in the Park on Thursday
Free showing of Toy Story 4 in Heritage Park
Release Date: July 15, 2020
Simpsonville, S.C. — The Simpsonville Parks & Recreation Department will host a free showing of Toy Story at the CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park on Thursday evening as part of its continuing Movies in the Park series.
Gates for the event open at 7:30 p.m., and the movie will start near sundown. Lawn and folding chairs, blankets and towels and food and non-alcoholic beverages in coolers or picnic baskets are allowed.
Designated seating areas on the grass will be outlined to implement social distancing to help prevent the spread of the Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019. The public is encouraged to wear masks if feasible and avoid the event if showing cold- or flu-like symptoms, including fever, sore throat, cough, difficulty breathing and inability to taste.
