Foreigner, Whitesnake come to Simpsonville
Simpsonville, SC — Foreigner and Whitesnake, both English-American rock bands, continue the summer concert series at CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park in Simpsonville Sunday night.
Responsible for hits like “Feels Like the First Time,” “Cold as Ice,” and “Juke Box Hero,” Foreigner is making Simpsonville a stop in its “Juke Box Heroes” tour. Gates open at 5:30 p.m., and the show starts at 6:55 p.m
Tickets are $29.50-79.50 and can be purchased at www.heritageparkamphitheatre.com by scrolling to the Foreigner show and selecting “Buy Tickets.”
Community relations specialist Justin Campbell said Foreigner and Whitesnake are two more great acts the City of Simpsonville and TRZ Management have been able to get.
“Foreigner and Whitesnake are bands that appeal to both the fans who listened to the groups in their formative years and current generation that wants energetic, dynamic performances,” Campbell said. “From 70s and 80s rock to country and contemporary bands, the Amphitheatre has a way of drawing a diverse range of performances.”
Whitesnake is best known for the hits “Here I Go Again” and “Is This Love.” The concert also features special guest Jason Bonham’s “Zeppelin Evening.”
Parking lots open at 5 p.m. Parking is not included in the ticket price for this event; a $10 fee per car will be collected at the lot entrance.
