Municipal Court Administrative Offices Open at 415 E. Curtis St.
Municipal Court administrative offices temporarily move to Police Department
Simpsonville, S.C. — All Simpsonville Municipal Court administrative operations will take place at the Police Department at 415 E. Curtis St. through November until transitioning to the new South Greenville Summary Court building at 445 E. Curtis St. the week of Dec. 2.
The holding of court for traffic violations and all other charges will continue to be held at 118 N.E. Main St. until Dec. 18. Court administrative operations and offices will no longer be located at 118 N.E. Main St.
City Hall operations opened at 425 E. Curtis St. on Nov. 5. Municipal Court previously shared space with City Hall at 118 N.E. Main St. Greenville County constructed a new court building on East Curtis Street to include South Greenville and Fairview-Austin summary courts and, by December, Simpsonville Municipal Court.
Anyone wishing to do business with Simpsonville Municipal Court can visit the Police Department at 415 E. Curtis St. on the first floor Monday - Friday at 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
