For close to 115 years , the Simpsonville Police Department has been committed to providing professional police services to residents, visitors and businesses within the City of Simpsonville.  The relationship has been built on a solid foundation of public trust and safety. Simpsonville PD officers serve a nearly 25,000 residents and are committed to treating all in our vibrant community fairly and with respect. The department currently employs more than 40 sworn law enforcement officers, civilian support staff, and four chaplains, under the direction of Chief Michael D. Hanshaw.
