The current parcel Zoning is Business General (BG).  The owner requests to build Multifamily on the parcels.  The zoning requires approval for the Special Exception from the Board of Zoning Appeals(BZA) to allow multifamily in BG.  The application includes a site plan of 8 single family cottages which will provide independent living for The Springs.
