BUSINESS MEETING

Simpsonville City Council will hold the regularly scheduled business meeting on Jan. 14th at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers at Simpsonville City Hall at 425 E. Curtis St. The agenda and materials for the meeting will be available on the Agendas & Minutes webpage at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Members of the public who qualify may speak for three (3) minutes during Citizen Comments and must sign up to speak no later than 5:50 p.m.

PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING:

There will be a Public Hearing before the Simpsonville Planning Commission at Simpsonville City Hall, 425 E. Curtis St., on January 7, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following: (1)  A Building Design Review of Fenestration for a Restaurant, located at 671 Fairview RD (Tax Map # 0330.00-01-002.09) and (2) A Building Design Review of Fenestration for a Commercial Car Wash, located at 720 W. Georgia RD (Tax Map #0574.02-01-011.03).

CITY HALL CLOSINGS

Dec. 24-25 - Simpsonville City Hall and other city buildings and facilities will be closed on Dec. 24th and Dec. 25th in observance of the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day holidays and reopen Dec. 26th at normal operating hours.

Jan. 1 - Simpsonville City Hall and other city buildings and facilities will be closed on Jan. 1st in observance of the New Year's Day holiday and reopen Jan. 2nd at normal operating hours.

NOW OPEN - Playground at Gracely Park beside the new Municipal Complex near East Curtis Street
