There will be a Public Hearing before the Simpsonville Planning Commission at Simpsonville City Hall, 425 E. Curtis St., on March 4, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following: (1) Rezone to properties located at 101, 103, and 16333 E. College St. Simpsonville, SC (Tax Map # 0315.00-01-010.00, 0315.00-01-009.00, & 0315.00-01-008.00) to B-U (Business Urban) Zoning (2) Consider Misc. Refinements to the zoning ordinance TX-2025-01, & (3) Annexation & Rezone of property located at 1610 W. Georgia Rd. Simpsonville, SC (Tax Map # 0574.05-01-002.10) to R-OI – Neighborhood Residential Office & Institution Zoning.
