Helmet Measurement Survey

Thank you for registering with Simpsonville Recreation Tackle Football for 2021!

Due to supply issues and growth in the program we want to make sure we order as many helmets as possible, as soon as possible.

For this reason we are asking for your help in measuring your player's head circumference in inches and completing the short online survey questions to let us know the results - we would like to place an order by this Friday so please complete as quickly as possible - if you need help you can come in to the Heritage Park offices between 12pm-4pm M-F.
